Just messing around in photoshop - highly influenced by listening to OneRepublic's new album (mainly "Life in Color").

The girl character here is Florence (or Flo for short). She only has a couple of dialogue lines in the short, but she's another main character in the full story. Flo helps Leo navigate the DreamScape from the outside since she can't transport herself there. I'll have a post dedicated to just Flo later on to give more of an idea about her character designs.

As for the film's progress, Leo's modeling is underway! So are the environments, which I've decided to take on myself since there isn't very much to them. There will be a draft of my 3D animatic posted in approximately 3 weeks since it's due for midterms. I'm really excited and getting anxious to animate, but that comes later so I'll have to be satisfied with making this crazy tree for now :)
